I am not the fittest.
I workout 3-4x/week.
I often eat too much bread on the weekend.
I have hypothetical convos in my head during yoga.
I deal with shoulder and neck issues.
I’m a sucker for @hometeambbq.
If I’m having a good hair day I don’t want to workout. 🤷🏽♀️ ? WHY the hell am I telling you this: To take the pressure off.

I want to help you feel healthy, fit, and sexy, without feeling like you have to be a crazy-gym-chick-who-loves-kale(if you massage it in EVOO it’s much more palatable)-and-heavy-deadlifts. <--There is absolutely nothing wrong with this, so please no offense to my crazy, sexy, beautiful gym friends 🙌🏼 You’re inspiring, I’m motivated by you, but I left the stress to BE you in 2017. The pressure caused me to rip myself apart in the mirror & turn into a recluse when I didn’t eat exactly right. It was crippling my happiness. I don’t want that for you either.
